Also launches from tracking toolbar on documents and batches, and from the Product toolbar when the 
Product Tracking Quantities button is clicked.
You can enquire on details of quantities by serial no and /or lot no on order, back order, allocated or in-transit and product stock levels for tracked products. For bin tracked locations you can enquire on detail of quantities by bin. (in Accredo Saturn).
Quantities tab
UOM Code (UOM Active Only) |
Select the UOM to display quantities in. Initially set to the Base UOM, Sale UOM, Purchase UOM or Manufacture UOM for the Product according to the UOM Enquiry Default specified in User Preferences. |
Lot and Bin Quantities
Shows quantities by Lot No and bin if location is bin tracked, for each location (locations and bin tracking in Accredo Saturn only).
Serial Nos
Shows Serial Numbers in stock or pending for Serial tracked Products.
Allocated, Back Ordered, On Order, Shipped, Committed, In Transit (Accredo Saturn Only), Returned, Variation tabs
These tabs provide information on pending stock movements at the tracking detail level. From the tabs you can open the originating document and line for each pending stock movement.

Filter / Sort List Clear Filter / Sort |
Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |
|
Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |
