Also launches from documents when the Product Quantities (Ctrl+Q) button is clicked from a Product grid toolbar. You can enquire on details of quantities on order, back order, allocated or in-transit and product stock levels at all locations (in Accredo Saturn). This is typically used when checking when quantities on order from a supplier are expected, or entering a sales order to find a location with available stock (in Accredo Saturn).

Quantities tab

Shows quantities and other details for each location (in Accredo Saturn).

Allocated, Back Ordered, On Order, Shipped, Committed, In Transit (Accredo Saturn Only), In Production, Returned tabs

These tabs provide information on pending stock movements. From the tabs you can open the originating document for each pending stock movement. For example, you can drill down to view an order and change dates, or drill down to a transfer document and edit it to juggle stock at various locations (in Accredo Saturn).


Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Open Details `F12)`	Open the document and locate the relevant line.
	Drill Down (Shift +F12)	Drill Down.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	Print a report of the information.
	Filter / Sort List `(Ctrl+F2)` Clear Filter / Sort `(Ctrl+F3)`	Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other Users may have made.
	Calculate Totals / Clear Totals `(Alt+=)`	Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation.
	Customise Toolbar	Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
