File Exporting - Selections tab

Navigator > Reports > File Exporting > Selections tab

Specify where the output from the export will go and target the information you are interested in by applying a filter and selections.

Destination

Choose a destination, see Report Selections Form.

Format

Shown if Destination is Disk File or Mail Message. Select the file type to export to:

  • Adobe PDF - PDF file, viewed using Adobe View Saved Report on the Reports tab or Adobe Reader.
  • CSV File - Fields on a line are separated by commas.
  • Tab Delimited File - Similar to CSV file except the fields are separated by the tab character.
  • Quoted CSV File - CSV file with string fields enclosed by double quote marks (" ").
  • Excel XLSX File - Microsoft Excel XLSX file.

Output Folder

The folder the file will be output to. Remembers the previous output folder within a session.

File Name

Name and path for the destination file.

Column Headers

Available when Destination is Disk File and Format is CSV File, Tab Delimited File or Quoted CSV File.

Selected, the first line of the file will contain field header names.

Clear, the file will contain raw data only.

Append to File

Available when Destination is Disk File and Format is Adobe PDF or Excel XLSX File.

Selected, if the File Name is an existing file, the data will be appended to the end of the file.

Clear, if the File Name is an existing file, it will be overwritten.

Report Title

Output at the top of the file.

Buttons

RestoreDefaults

Reset to Default

Resets the Output folder to the SavedOutput folder in the Accredo System folder or Company Data folder depending on Use Private Output in Company settings.
