File Exporting - Definition tab

Navigator > Reports > File Exporting

You can output Accredo data files as standard format files. Select the file to export to determine the available fields on the Fields tab. The data can be loaded into other applications for:

• Transferring customer or product data into a separate database.
• Creating mail merge files for use in a word processor.
• Creating a file for inclusion on a web page (for example, price codes or available stock quantities).

Data can also be exported to a printer or the screen which makes it useful as a single file custom report generator. Export definitions including all selections, A Filter & Sort can be saved. You can reload saved export definitions and amend them before exporting. Exports can be output directly to Excel, and can be useful for data analysis.
