Minimum Password Length |
Set the minimum password length for all Users. If it is not set to 0, all Users must have a Password. If you increase the minimum password length, all users with a shorter password and with permission to change their password will be forced to change their password on login. Users with shorter passwords without permission to change passwords will need their password changed for them. |

Force Login Default |
Selected, when the User Login dialog is triggered and there is a logged in user, the user is forced to login again (padlock locked). |

Use private Customisation folders |
Selected, customisations are loaded from and saved to folders in the Company Data folder rather than the System folder. If a customisation is not located in the private folders, the shared folders in the System folder are searched. Clear, customisations are loaded from and saved to the shared folders in the System folder. If a customisation is not located, the private folders in the Company Data folder are searched. |

Use private Dictionaries folder |
Selected, dictionaries are loaded from and saved to the Dictionaries folder in the Company Data folder rather than the System folder. Clear, dictionaries are loaded from and saved to the Dictionaries folder in the System folder. |

Forced exit interval (minutes) |
Specify the length of the count down to a forced exit. Default is 5 minutes. |

Allow Interactive on Data Events |
Sets the default Interactive state for data event scripts. Defaults to False for new companies. This is used to control UI interaction in data events. This can be changed using MaxBasic. See Company IsInteractive Setting. Selected, input functions in data events will run, and forms can be created. Clear, input functions in data events will trigger an error, and message boxes will be suppressed. Forms cannot be created. |

Maximum Upload Size (MB) |
Maximum file size allowed for the AddFileLink function. Default 50 MB. |

Period Inference |
Controls Period ID inference from the related date field. None, no inference occurs, date and period must be set to match manually. Data Level Only, (default) inference occurs for data level automation and the web service. Set the document or transaction date and the Period ID will automatically default to match. Form and Data Level, inference occurs in the UI, changing the date automatically updates the Period to match. Note: If Form and Data Level inference is selected it is strongly recommended that Available Periods for all Modules are limited so that the same day and month are not available in more than one year. |

Allow System Password Sync |
Allow company passwords to be synchronised with system passwords. Selected, when a system password is changed, matching User Codes and passwords are also changed. When this is selected, and System and Company User Codes and passwords match, the password can only be changed at the System level. Clear, when a password is changed, matching company or system user passwords must be changed independently. When System and Company User Codes and passwords match, they can still be changed at both the System and Company levels. |

Allow Serial No on Non-Serial Lines |
Selected, Serial No fields are enabled without validation except where a Serial No tracked Product has been selected. Available for backward compatibility with prior versions of Accredo. Clear, (default), Serial No fields are only enabled for Serial No tracked Products. |

Use External Browser for Filing |
Selected, the GST filing authentication will be done via the user's default browser. Select this if an Unsupported browser error occurs during GST filing. Clear, (default) internal browser will be used for GST filing. |
