Document Defaults

Setup the name of the document definition file and email template to use when printing or emailing documents and specify the default printer.

Accredo provides example documents and email templates. If you change these save with a different filename and change the default document / template, or select the files every time you print. You can specify a path name to the files, however if the files are located in the standard folder for the file type, the path will not be shown. When Accredo is looking for the file, it will search in the usual location under the Accredo database directory. If you specify the file name, it can be accessed from a computer running Accredo.

Type	Type of document.
Log	Available for some documents only. Selected, print events are logged with details of the user, date and time of printing and the destination. Print log can be accessed from the document or CO Print Log.
Document	The name of the document definition file for printing. You can change the default if you use custom documents.
PDF Document	The document definition file to be used when creating a PDF file. You can use this if you have a different document format for emailing.
Email Template	The default email template to be used for email messages.
Default Printer	The default printer for reports is configured from Accredo > File > Print Setup. Documents can have their own default printers. For example, you may have a dedicated label printer. The printer selected applies only to the computer it is entered on, as each computer may have different printers set.
Bin	The paper source for the printer. The options available depend on the Default Printer selected.
Duplex	Select the printer duplex mode for the document from: One side - prints on one side of paper. Long edge - prints on both sides of paper, flips on long edge. Short edge - prints on both sides of paper, flips on short edge.

Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Alt+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Edit `(F11)`	Enter Edit mode.
	Print Report `(Ctrl+P)`	Print the report or save it as a PDF file.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other Users may have made.
	Edit Document `(F12)`	Open a selected document in the relevant designer.
	Edit PDF Document `(Shift+F12)`	Open a selected pdf document in the relevant designer.
	Edit Email Template `(Alt+T)`	Opens the selected email template in the HTML Email Editor.
