From - To Date |
Set a date range for the log. Leave blank to see all dates. Defaults to changes made within the last month of the machine date. |

User |
Select a user to see logging for documents printed by a particular user. |

Document Code |
Select a Document Code to see logging for only those documents. |

Auto Select |
Selected, selections, filters and sorts will be immediately applied to the list. Clear, selections, filters and sorts are not automatically applied. Default for Auto Select is set in Company Settings. |

Click to apply selections, filters and sorts to the log. |

Log Fields |

Print ID |
Print log unique identification number. |
||
Document Code |
Code for each Document Type selected for logging. |
||
Document Type |
The Module code and type of document printed. |
||
Account Code |
The Code or ID of the record that was printed. |
||
Destination |
The Destination selected for the print event. Note: For Mail Message destination this tracks the creation of the file attached to the Mail Message not whether or not the message was sent. |

File Format |
For Mail Message and Disk File destinations the format of the file which was created. |
||
Created User Code |
The User who performed the Print operation. |
||
Created Date |
Date of the Print operation. |
||
Created Time |
Time of the Print operation. |
||
Print as Copy |
For IN Invoices and Credits indicated if Print as Copy was selected. |
||
Old Print Status |
Print Status of the document prior to the print event. |
||
New Print Status |
Print Status of the document after the print event. |
