Report Layouts

Navigator > Setup > Company > Reporting > Report Layouts

You can setup, view and maintain Report Layouts for a Company.

Fields

User Code

If One User or Group is assigned to the report, the User Code will be displayed.

Folder

Location of the report in the Navigator Reports tab.

Layout Name

The name that appears in the Navigator.

Report Title

The title of the report that appears on the Report Selections Form and the printed report.

Order

The order of the report in the Folder.

User Code Type

If Users or Groups are assigned to the report, shows One or Many, otherwise shows None.

Short Name

The default name used when the report is saved to a Disk File or Excel Worksheet.

Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Edit (F11)

Select a layout, click this to open Customise Layout and edit details of the layout.

Insert (F4)

Opens Customise Layout, you can add a new report layout.

Duplicate (Shift+F4)

Select a layout and open Customise Layout to add a new report layout based on the selected layout.

Delete (F3)

Delete a report layout.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the report or save it as a PDF file.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Run report layout (Ctrl+R)

Select a layout, click this to run the report layout and produce the relevant report.

Export layout (Ctrl+E)

Select a layout, click this to export a layout and save a copy.

Import layout (Ctrl+I)

Imports report layouts from a file.

Export all layouts (Ctrl+L)

Exports all layouts to a folder.
