Co-founder and Development Manager: Paul Wilson is excited about software - he has been programming since the age of 10 - but gains the most pleasure from his work when somebody who uses Accredo software is excited about it.

"We are not just technology," he says, "we are technology serving people. We need to use technology to remove frustrations and limitations so people can get on with their work".

He believes the reason Accredo software stands out is "in our attitude" - rather than developing a one-size-fits-all product and expecting customers to adapt their businesses, "we want to embrace the way each business is different, so we provide software that can be customised to suit our clients."
