Co-founder and Development Manager: Paul Wilson is excited about software - he has been programming since the age of 10 - but gains the most pleasure from his work when somebody who uses Accredo software is excited about it.

Developer: Steve Newby enjoys the constant challenge of "doing things that haven't been done before" at Accredo.

Administrator and Receptionist: Michelle Mitchell returned to the workforce at Accredo after an absence of 20 years during which time she raised a family.

Developer: Max Nilson was with Accredo from 1995 until his death in 2009.

Developer: Russian-born software developer Aleksey Yashin decided to settle in New Zealand in 1996 and joined Accredo in 2008.

Test Analyst: Bradley is a self-taught computer enthusiast who says he has been interested and working in IT “forever”.

Software support: Timothy is a member of the software support team and his key role is helping Accredo’s QSPs make new software customisations for customers.

Tester: Margreat (Old English for Margaret) has a Bachelor of Engineering degree but has spent the greater part of her career in IT, as a developer and software tester.
