Who, What, Where

You can have 1 or 2 Who and What criteria rows, set in PP Settings.

Select from Types set in the Who, What, Where grids, or leave blank to show all rules.

Where fields are only shown if Where types are made available in the SP Where grid.

If you...

Select a Type only...

Accredo will load rules with that Type specified. Rules without a value for that Type will not be shown.

Select a Type and a Code...

Accredo will only load rules that have that particular Code for the Type.

Select Type "None"...

Accredo will load rules without this Type specified.

Leave the Type and Code blank...

Accredo will load rules based on other dimensions (Who, What, Where, When), disregarding this dimension. The Who 1 and What 1 name will be shown.

When

Start and End dates apply a rule for a limited time, (for example, weekly, monthly Purchases). Specify the start and end dates to show rules for, or leave blank to show all rules.

Selections and buttons

Reference

When entered, returns Rules with a matching Reference. For example, enter "Contract" in the Reference field for contract pricing rules.

Include Rules

Select the rules to load. Clearing both selections will open the PP Rule form with no rules loaded if you are entering new rules rather than editing existing ones.
You can load Inactive rules to base new rules on, reinstate later, or to maintain a Purchase Pricing history.

Filter / Sort Rule (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Rule Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Run (F9)

Apply and load selections in PP Rule.
