Navigator > Setup > Special Pricing > Who, What, Where grids
Setup the Types of criteria available in setting Special Pricing rules in the Who, What, Where dimensions. For example, if Special Pricing relates to products for specific customers, make Customer criteria available in the Who dimension and Product criteria available in the What dimension. You can turn criteria off and on as needed.
Some criteria are determined by others, for example, when you select a Customer in the Who dimension, the Sales Area, Sales Person, Price Code, Discount and AR Categories are determined by the customer record. Other criteria such as Invoice Categories and Job Categories are independent of the Customer record and are not affected, as they relate to the invoice or job.
Special Pricing is not applied to Auto Kitset lines. To apply Special Pricing to Product groups, setup Manual Kitsets from IC Component.
Note: Where criteria is only available in Accredo Saturn.

Setup criteria Priority to determine which rule takes precedence if more than one rule applies to a Transaction line. Priorities can be changed from their defaults in SP Rule. If two or more rules are tied at the same priority, the lowest price is applied (default). You can modify this by creating a script based on the default in SP Pricing Script Editor. To apply the lowest price, set the Priority for all rules to 9. |
