PP Inactivated Rules

Navigator > Tasks > Purchase Pricing > Inactivate Rules > Run (F9)

Displays a list of rules that were inactivated.

Note: Where criteria is only available in Accredo Saturn.

Double click a Rule or press F12 to open the Rule in the PP Rule Form where it may be edited.

Where

The Rule criteria.

Start Date

End Date

The Rule Start date and End date, if any.

Priority

The Rule application priority.

Reference

The Reference for the rule.

Rule Type

The Rule Type.

Reason

The reason the rule was inactivated.

Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Open (F12)

Opens PP Rule showing the selected rule. The rule can be edited.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the list, save it to an Excel worksheet or PDF file.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Close (Esc)

Close the Inactivated Rules form.
