Creditor

Select a Creditor to limit Purchase Pricing Rules to inactivate, or leave blank to inactivate selected rules for all Creditors.

Product

Select a Product to limit Purchase Pricing Rules to inactivate, or leave blank to inactivate selected rules for all Products.

Inactive Criteria

Selected, (default) Rules where any of the criterion is inactive or not found will be inactivated.

Expiry Date

If an Expiry Date is entered, any Rules with an End Date on or before the Expiry Date will be inactivated.

Filter Rule (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Rule Filter (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear further filters on PP fields to limit rules to inactivate. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Run (F9)

Inactivate rules meeting the criteria specified. Displays the Inactivated Rules.
