OE Packing Slip/Confirmation Email Designer

Navigator > Setup > Order Entry > Packing Slip/Confirmation Email Designer

You can design your own confirmations and packing slip emails or open and modify an existing email design. To design a confirmation or packing slip email quickly, start with an existing email design and modify it, ensuring you save it with a different file name. Select the default email design in Document Defaults.

Use Packing Slip and Confirmation Email Designs when you Email Confirmations or Packing Slips.

HTML Body tab

Enter the email text for HTML Emails. See HTML Email Editor.

Plain Text Body tab

Enter the email text for plain text emails.

	Preview `(Alt+P)`	Display a preview of what the email will look like. A current Packing Slip must be available.
	Load... `(Alt+L)`	Load an existing Packing Slip Email to use for designing different emails.
	Save... `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the current email as a HTML file. You can reload the file in the designer to refine or create a new email.
