If an error occurs in Accredo, Accredo captures a screen shot of the window you were working in when the error occurred, and attaches it to an email. In the message body, a number of questions appear. To assist Accredo Support to identify and solve any problems, answer the questions before sending.
When you select:
Show bug report, a window containing details of the error will appear, this is useful when troubleshooting errors.
Save bug report, a copy of the report is saved.
Continue application, the error window will close, allowing you to ignore the error and continue using Accredo, if possible.
Restart application, Accredo will shut down and re-open if possible (for example, if Continue application was unsuccessful, any unsaved data will be lost).
Close application, Accredo will shut down, if Continue and Restart application were unsuccessful, any unsaved data will be lost.
If SMTP Mailing is selected for the User, SMTP mailing will be used.
