Print Quotation button
Quotes can be printed from Job estimates individually. Batch printing is not available. See Report Selections Form.
The Report File Name specifies the file that defines the Job quote layout. You can design layouts using the Job Sheet/Quote Designer. To set a default report file name, see Navigator > Company > Setup > Document Defaults.
Click 
Open In Designer to open the selected file in the Job Sheet/Quote Designer.
Quote Message
If you use the standard Accredo Job Quote layout, you can add a short text message by creating or editing a text file called JCQuote.txt located in the sub folder Reports\JCJobSheet of the Accredo directory (for example, in C:\Accredo\Reports\JCJobSheet). This file can be created or edited using a text editor. For comprehensive messages or conditional messages, use Job Sheet/Quote Designer.
