Year

Balances for each period of the current year are graphed.

Full Year

Balances for the year preceding the Current Period are graphed.

All Periods

Balances retained in the entire history are graphed.

Range of Periods

Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to be graphed.

Field1 and Field 2

Two fields can be graphed for comparison. Bs shows base currency. LastYear fields can be used for a prior year comparison.

OpeningActualCost

Shows the actual cost at the beginning of each period selected.

MovementActualCost

Shows the difference between the actual cost at the beginning and end of each selected period.

MovementInvoicedAmount

Shows the difference between the Invoiced amount at the beginning and end of each period selected.

MovementInvoicedCost

Shows the difference between the Invoiced cost at the beginning and end of each period selected.

MovementWorkInProgress

Shows the difference between the Work in Progress at the beginning and end of each period selected.

OpeningInvoicedAmount

Shows the Invoiced amount at the beginning of each period selected.

OpeningInvoicedCost

Shows the Invoiced cost at the beginning of each period selected.

OpeningWorkInProgress

Shows the Work in Progress at the beginning of each period selected.

Graph toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Show/Hide 3D Effect

Toggle 3D effect on or off. The default is Off.

Show/Hide Graph Key

Toggle the graph key information on or off. The default is Off.

Display/Hide Graph Legend

Toggle between showing and hiding the legend below the graph. The default is On.

Note: A second series must be selected in Field 2 for the legend to show.

Show/Hide Average Value

Toggle the average value line on or off. The default is Off.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.
