Open and view details on transactions relating to a job.
shows transactions for all jobs. The option you select remains applied as you select other jobs.

Period |
Transactions entered in the selected Period only are displayed. |

Last Period |
Transactions entered in the period prior to the Current Period are shown. |

Year |
Transactions for the current financial year are displayed. |

Last Year |
Transactions for the previous financial year are displayed. |

Full Year |
Transactions for the year preceding the Current Period will display. |
|
All Periods |
All transactions are displayed. |
|
Range of Periods |
Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view. |

Show all transactions |
Shows transactions for all Jobs. |
Grid toolbar |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Zoom |
Zooms to Form view for the transaction line. |

Insert |
Insert a transaction. |

Open |
View the details for the transaction. You can edit parts of the transaction if it was entered in JC and has not been transferred to GL. You can also double-click a line to open the transaction. |

Drill down |
View the source document. |

Print |
Print a report of the information in the grid. |

Filter / Sort List Clear Filter / Sort |
Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |
|
Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |

Find |
Find a transaction using the Transaction ID. |

Show Invoices ( |
Display the JC Transaction Invoice Query form for the selected transaction. |
