Navigator > Maintain > Job Costing > Jobs > Balances tab
The values shown on the Balances tab are summaries of the values from transactions and invoices (cannot be changed). The Last History period is shown for Inactive records.
Opening, Movement, and Closing Work In Progress, Cost, and Opening, Movement, and Closing Work In Progress Recovered are added to and tracked in balances.

Actual Costs |
Calculated from Extended Cost in JC Transactions. |

Invoiced Costs |
Calculated from Exclusive Cost on posted invoice lines for the job. |

Invoiced Amounts |
Calculated From Exclusive Amount on posted invoice lines for the job. |
||
Work In Progress |
Work in progress is continuously calculated as transactions are posted, invoices are posted and transactions are completed for Work In Progress. |

Print |
Print a report of the information in the grid. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Refresh |
Reloads changes other Users may have made. |

Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |

Open budget |
Open the JC Job Budget to edit the job budget. |
