IC Single Count - Enter Quantities

Navigator > Tasks > Inventory Control > Stocktake Processing > Enter Single Count > Run (F9) button

Available when the Count Type in IC Settings - Stocktake tab is Single.

Available when the Count Type for one or more Locations in IC Stock Locations is Single. ( Accredo Saturn.)

IC Single Count Enter Quantities grid is live - information is saved as you move off each field.

The form will open with the products for the selected stocktake loaded with the Expected figures recorded when the stocktake was generated.

Code, Description, Unit

Product details from the product record.

Quantity Expected

The number of items recorded as in-stock when the Stocktake was generated. If transactions are posted to the period after the stocktake is generated and you want to update expected quantities this can be done from the Stocktake form using Reload Expected Quantities.

Quantity Counted

Enter the counted quantity.

Variance

The difference between the Expected and Counted figures above. This is updated when you enter an quantity in the Counted field and move off the field.

Counted

 

Becomes Selected when a figure is entered in the number Counted column, or when the Mark Counted or Mark All Counted buttons are clicked.

Note: Where Quantity Expected = Quantity Counted only lines marked Counted are added to the Stocktake Count.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the IC Stocktake Report.

Filter & Sort (Ctrl+F2)

Clear (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Find (Ctrl+F)

Find a product using the Product Code.

SelectOne

Mark Counted (F4)

Mark the selected product as Counted.

UnselectOne

Mark Uncounted (F3)

Mark the selected product as Uncounted.

Mark All Counted (Shift+F4)

Mark all products as Counted.
