IC Insert Count

Navigator > Tasks > Inventory Control > Stocktake Processing > Insert Count

For Single and Additive Stocktakes only, selected in IC Settings - Stocktake tab.

You can add a Stocktake Count. The Count will be added to the corresponding unposted Stocktake. If more than one Stocktake is available, you can select which Stocktake to add the count to.

Location

Enter the Location for the Count. (Accredo Saturn Only)

 

Count Lines

Select from:

  • None - Will create a blank count.
  • Uncounted Lines - Uncounted lines will be added.
  • All Lines - All lines will be added.

Product - From / To

If you have selected to add lines to the count, you can select to filter by Product.

Buttons

Run (F9)

Click to create a Count. If more than one unposted Stocktake for the Location (in Accredo Saturn) is available, a list of Stocktakes will be shown in IC Select Stocktake. Select the stocktake to add the count to. Opens IC Stocktake Count.
