Location UOM

Available when UOM is Active or Pending. Select the UOM to display quantities for each location in.

Initially set to the Base UOM, Sale UOM, Purchase UOM or Manufacture UOM for the Product according to the UOM Enquiry Default specified in User Preferences.

Bin Code

For bin tracked locations, the default bin for the product for inwards stock movements, e.g. Receipts.

For locations that are not bin tracked the bin code indicates the expected bin for the product in the warehouse.

This can also be entered from IC Product Bin or updated during stocktakes.

When Coded Bin Lookup is selected in IC Settings (recommended), you can click Open (Shift+F12) to open IC Bin form.

Minimum Quantity

The minimum quantity for the location. View totals for all locations on the Quantity tab.

Maximum Quantity

The maximum quantity for the location. The Maximum Quantity cannot be less than the Minimum Quantity. View total for all locations on the Quantity tab.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Zoom

(Ctrl+F12)

Zoom to form view for product location information.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Opens IC Product Location Report, see Report Selections Form.

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Show / Hide Inactive Locations (Ctrl+H)

Show (default) or hide inactive locations.

Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
