Cost Prices

The buttons in the centre field are available when:

When Kitsets are accessed during invoicing, the records for all the components must also be accessed. This means that if a Kitset is made up of a large number of components, there can be some speed degradation.

For multi-User systems, if another User is editing a component you will be denied access to the Kitset.

Component Costs

Displays the Standard, Latest and Average component costs. Read-only.

Product Costs

Displays the Standard, Latest and Average Product costs. Can be updated.

Copy All Prices (Shift+F4)

Copy all Component Costs and Prices to Product Costs and Prices. All Product fields are updated.

ListRightAll

Copy Cost Prices (Shift+F4)

Copy all Component Costs to Product Costs. All Product Cost Price fields are updated.

ListRight

Copy price (Ctrl+=)

Copy the corresponding Component Cost to the Product Cost.

Grid Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

ListRight

Copy price (Ctrl+=)

Copy the corresponding Component Price to the Product Price.

Markup prices (Alt+M)

Applies the Markup percentage to the Cost or Sell price to determine the Selling Price, based on settings in IC Settings - Prices tab.

ListRightAll

Copy Sell Prices (Alt+S)

Copy all Component Prices to Product Prices. All Product Sell Price fields are updated.

 

Customise Toolbar

ToolbarExpand Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
