Other Company Name

The full name of the Company selected will appear.

Account - From / To

Optional, if blank all accounts are compared, or select a range for comparison.

Account Type

Select the types of accounts to be compared.

Compare

• Missing, show accounts from the other Company which are not found in the current Company.
• Different, show differences between current and other Company, based on selections made from Compare Fields.
• Extra, show accounts in the current Company which are not found in the other Company.

Compare Fields

Select fields to compare.

Click Select All (Shift+F4) to select all compare fields.

Click Unselect All (Shift+F3) to clear all compare fields.

Run (F9)

Opens GL Chart of Account Comparison Results.
