Navigator > Maintain > General Ledger > Accounts > Budgets tab
You can view budgets and apply selection criteria for the selected account or click
to view all accounts.
The Budget amount is calculated as Budget Opening + Budget Activity.

Period |
Budgets for the selected period are shown. Current period is the default. |

Last Period |
Budgets for the period prior to the Current Period are shown. |
||
Year |
Budgets for the current financial year are shown. |
||
Full Year |
Budgets for the current period last year through to the last available GL period are shown. |
||
All Periods |
Budgets retained in the entire history are shown. |
||
Range of Periods |
Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to view. |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Open |
Opens GL Budgets and shows the selected record. |

Print |
Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file and send it as an email attachment. |

Filter / Sort List Clear Filter / Sort |
Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied. |

Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Refresh |
Reloads any changes other Users may have made. |
|
|
Calculate Totals / Clear Totals |
Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation. |

Open budget |
Open the GL Budget to edit standard GL accounts. |
