FA Asset - Image tab

Navigator > Maintain > Fixed Assets > Assets > Image tab

You can choose an image file to associate with the asset. The image can be reproduced on custom reports, the image resizes to fit the available space.

You can set the root Images folder in Company Settings this may be an Images folder under the System, or in your Company data folder or a nominated folder which is accessible to all users.

Image Path

The directory path or URL of the image. File types are supported are:

Enhanced Metafiles

*.wmf

Metafiles

*.tiff

Tagged Image File Format

Note: Accredo stores a link to the file path, not the file itself.

Selecting a file from a white listed path automatically replaces any environment variables.

File Name

Read-only, the name of the file uploaded.

Image Type

File, the default. Image path point to a file on the network, defaulting to the Images folder.

Web, Image path is a Web URL.

Dimensions

Read-only, the image file dimensions.

Size

Read-only, the image file size.

Image Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Opens the print options window.

Display Image Normal Size (Ctrl+/)

View the image at normal size.

Fit Image to Available Space (Ctrl+*)

Fits the image to the available space.

Zoom In to Image (Ctrl+=)

Zoom in on the image.

Zoom Out from Image (Ctrl+-)

Zoom out from the image.

Print Image (Ctrl+G)

Print the image.

UserFolder

Open File Location

Opens Windows File Explorer at the location of the image file.
