Physical Address |
There are five lines of Physical Address available for the creditor. These are useful for return goods or printing address labels. Either the Postal Address on the Creditor tab or the Physical Address can be printed on address labels. Click Click Click Note: The Company.OnGeoCode and Company.OnMap Script Events must be assigned to access the corresponding geo location functions. |

Banking Details |
These fields are for electronic banking. Type account numbers without spaces, but with number sections separated by dashes. This allows correct parsing of the numbers for export in the varied formats required by different banks. |
Payee Name |
The banking payee name. If this is left blank, the Creditor Name will be used in Electronic Banking. The Payee Name flows through to the CB Banking Items Other Party field and is exported as part of the payments batch file. |
Bank Account No |
The creditor's bank account number. Enter the number without spaces, with sections separated by dashes (-). The Bank Account number flows through to the CB Banking Items Bank Account No field and is exported as part of the payments batch file. Bank Account No fields are stored encrypted, permissioned explicitly, and all changes are logged in the CO Bank Account Change List. |
Bank Reference |
If entered, this flows through to the CB Banking Items Reference field and is exported as part of the payments batch file. |
Bank Particulars |
This can be used to store the Code the Creditor refers to you as. If entered, this flows through to the CB Banking Items Particulars field and is exported as part of the payments batch file. |
Bank Name |
Name of the bank. |
Bank Address 1 - 5 |
The address of the bank. |
Bank Country |
The country of the bank. |
Bank Postcode |
The postcode of the bank. |
Bank Identifier Code |
This can be used for a code to identify the bank. For example, this can be used for a bank's BSB number, Swift code or Business Identifier Code (BIC). |
