Create and maintain sales analysis group codes with GL account and GST code mappings. The Sales Group uses the ARANL account file and supports a dashboard view. The form includes a Details tab with a Custom Fields tab also available.

The descriptive name for this sales group. |

The General Ledger account code linked to this sales group. |
| Friendly Account Code |
A user-friendly display name for the GL account. |
| Account Class |
The classification of the linked GL account. New sales groups default to Income. |
| GST Code |
The GST/tax code for this sales group. |
| GST Type |
Read-only. The GST type classification, derived from the selected GST Code. |
| Inactive |
Marks the sales group as inactive. |
| Current Period Balance |
Read-only. Sales total for the current accounting period for this sales group. |
| Year To Date Balance |
Read-only. Sales total for the current financial year for this sales group. |
| Last Year Balance |
Read-only. Sales total for the previous financial year for this sales group. |
0000) cannot be deleted. Deleting a sales group also requires Control-level access to the Sales Groups permission.
