Update Accredo Server within a Version

Update the Accredo Server regularly from the Accredo website. The Update file will include Update in the filename. To update the software you only need to run the Update file; you do not need to run the Server installation file again.

Update from the Accredo website

1. Go to Main Menu > Help > Accredo Website. Go to Support & Downloads > Downloads Centre. Or visit: Accredo Downloads Centre
2. Locate the update (Saturn Update or Mercury Update) then click Download.
3. Click Save save the setup file to the Desktop. Double click the setup file.
4. Click Next to accept the default location or Browse to select another. Ensure the files are installed to the same location as the existing Server Install. The Operating System will remember this if the same network user is logged on, otherwise browse to the correct location and select it. If browsing to select a location, delete the default directory name from the end of the selected location path in the Select Destination Directory window.
5. Click Next.
6. When the Installation Complete dialog appears, click Finish.

Note: If you have the Accredo Web Service, you will also need to download the Web Service installer and install into the Server directory.

Note: Once the Server Update is installed, the Accredo Client installations will automatically self update when Accredo is next started.
