User Preference Location

Select the location to save the preferences:

• System - (default) preferences are saved to the system.
• Registry - preferences are saved in the system registry.

Allow Make Call without TAPI

Activates call buttons on Accredo forms associated with a Make Call script event when TAPI is not present.

Allow only single Accredo application

Selected, you will be unable to open Accredo more than once on a workstation or Remote Desktop Services session.

Prompt on application exit

Selected, shows a message on close. This can be useful if you use maximised child windows.

Prompt on close company

Selected, shows a message on Company close, to avoid accidental closing.

Single click for Calendar dates

Selected, a single click will select a date from the calendar.

Single click for Report fields

Selected, a single click will select drill down from Report Preview.

Snippet Key

The key used to insert MaxBasic Code Snippets in the Code Editor. The default is #.

Show line numbers in editors

Line numbers will appear in editors such as the Script Editor.

Grid Highlight Credits

When Selected, show credit transactions and documents in the Credit colour below, in IN Invoice List, AR Customers and AP Creditors.

Graphs

Select the defaults for graph display. Default, only Display Graph Legend is selected.

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9), Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Show / Hide 3D Effect, shows graphs in 3D or 2D.

Show / Hide Graph Key, shows or hides the graph key on graphs.

Show / Hide Graph Legend, shows or hides the graph legend on graphs.

Show / Hide Average Value, shows or hides average values on graphs.

Designer Component Selection

Controls component selection in Report Designer and Form Designer.

Use Shift+Drag for Select by Region & Ctrl+Click for Multi Select for Components in Designers. (Default.)

Use Ctrl+Drag for Select by Region & Shift+Click for Multi Select for Components in Designers. (Default in prior Accredo versions.)

Minimum Hint Time

The minimum number of seconds that Status hints and Error hints remain on screen. Click a hint to dismiss it immediately.
