Special Pricing

Use Special Pricing (SP) to setup and track pricing structures outside the standard Accredo Price codes and discount schedule, including:

• Contract pricing and discounts.
• Buying groups.
• Staff discounts.
• Monthly, weekly, regular specials.
• Supplier specials.
• Quantity breaks.
• Agreed one-off prices.
• Cost prices for Manually Costed Products.
• Setting up Special Pricing Who, What, Where dimensions and criteria.

Special Pricing rules apply as each line of a document is entered or repriced. A message appears when a special price is applied, and you can view the pricing rule. You can also use the Discount Schedule to setup the Discount Mode for order and invoice information.

Special Pricing rules apply in Job Costing if Pricing Mode iin JC Settings is set to Selling Price.
