Navigator > Reports > Purchase Pricing > Price List Designer
The Price List Designer separates the design and running of price list reports. Use the Price List Report Designer to create price list reports based on purchase pricing rules.
Access requires permission for the Designer and Control permission for Reports.
You can add designed reports to a Report List or the Navigator.
Price list reports are designed for a Creditor and Products associated with the Creditor.

Add To Navigator... |
Add reports to the Navigator once saved by adding a shortcut to the Price List Report from the Navigator. The report may be run from the shortcut. Right click the shortcut to Edit the Shortcut, or Edit the Shortcut Source, this opens the report design in the Price List Report Designer. |

Run |
Runs the report, allowing you to test your report definition. If you have made changes, you will be prompted to save the changes before running. |

Load |
Loads an existing report definition file to modify or use or as the basis for another report. To load a report, click Load, select a report definition file, click Open. |

Save... |
Saves as a report definition file. Once a report definition file is saved, you can add it to the Navigator or to a report list, maintain it, or use it as the basis for another report. |
Note: To access the Price List Designer you need full Control access to the PP Designer and PP Reports.
