PO Purchase Order Email Designer

Navigator > Setup > Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Email Designer

You can design your own purchase order emails or open and modify a purchase order email design. To design a purchase order email quickly, start with an existing email design and modify it, ensuring you save it with a different file name. Select the default email design in Document Defaults.

Use Purchase Order Email Designs when you Email Purchase Orders.

HTML Body tab

Enter the email text for HTML Emails. See HTML Email Editor.

Plain Text Body tab

Enter the email text for plain text emails.

	Preview `(Alt+P)`	Display a preview of what the email will look like. A current Purchase Order must be available.
	Load... `(Alt+L)`	Load an existing Purchase Order Email to use for designing different emails.
	Save... `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the current email as a HTML file. You can reload the file in the designer to refine or create a new email.
