Navigator > Setup > Order Entry > Settings > Links tab
For each Account you can specify the default Link path within the Links folder. This path will be resolved and used as the default path for the Link File dialog and the AddFileLink function when adding links for the Account.
Link paths can reference fields in the Account File and the ModuleCode inside <> tags. If PeriodID is a field in the account file PeriodName and PeriodEndDate may also be used inside tags. Date fields in link paths format as YYYYMMDD.
e.g. <ModuleCode>\<CustomerCode>
The Links folder is either under the Accredo System folder or the Accredo Data folder based on your Company Settings.
