Mercury to Saturn Conversion

Converting data from Accredo Mercury to Accredo Saturn is non-destructive (read only).

Run the Conversion

1. Install Accredo Saturn separately, not in the same folder as Accredo Mercury. Versions of Saturn and Mercury must be the same.
2. Add a company to Accredo Saturn to convert into.
3. Back up and File recover Accredo Mercury data.
4. Copy the conversion tool Mercury2Saturn.exe to the Server. The conversion tools are available in Additional Downloads on the Accredo Website. Save the conversion tool to the Desktop or the AccredoSaturn folder.
5. Double click the Mercury2Saturn.exe file to open the conversion tool.
6. Select the Mercury path and Company, and select the Saturn path and Company.
7. Select System to convert System Users, Permissions and Settings, existing System data will be overwritten.
8. Select Company to convert Company data. Existing data in the Accredo Saturn Company will be overwritten, provided the module exists in the Mercury data.
9. A sound plays when the conversion is complete, and the title bar flashes with “Completed - Company Name”.
10. Repeat for each company to be converted. When all Companies are converted, close the conversion dialog.
11. Open the Saturn system and perform a file recovery for each converted company. Compare any errors or warning with the original Mercury file recovery.

Note: A 0000 Unspecified Branch, Department and Location(if IC is present) are created during conversion, these may be Aliased to more meaningful codes as desired.

After conversion a file recovery of the Saturn Company is recommended.
