While it is possible to convert data from previous Accredo releases and import most data from other systems, the amount of information that can be converted may vary. Charges apply for data conversion, based on the time involved. This can be reduced if data is supplied in an easily convertible format. Contact your Accredo QSP for more information.
Upgrade from Profax 7.8 or earlier |
Provide your QSP with a backup of the current data before installing. Your QSP will arrange for Accredo Business Software Ltd to convert data. This must be completed immediately after a period end. Install and setup Accredo. Restore the backup supplied by Accredo Business Software Ltd. |

Contact your Accredo QSP to find out if the data can be converted. Install and setup Accredo. If data was converted, restore the backup supplied. If the data could not be converted, enter the data manually. |
