Site Address

Select a Delivery Code or enter a delivery address. Defaults from the Customer Code. You can edit the address or select another. You can clear the address code to break the connection with the customer delivery address.

Filter/Sort - apply a Filter & Sort to the list of delivery addresses. Press Alt+F2 to sort addresses by alternate code Sort Order.

Save as new delivery address - opens New Delivery Address. Enter the new Delivery Code.

Save delivery address (Ctrl+D) - provides a quick way to edit addresses without having to open the Customer form.

Get Coordinates - find the geo coordinates for the address.

Edit Coordinates - edit the geo coordinates.

Map Coordinates - open a map in the default web browser set to the geo coordinates or address.

Note: The Company.OnGeoCode and Company.OnMap Script Events must be assigned to access the corresponding geo location functions.

Coordinates are included in load from / save to the Customer delivery address.

60 character custom fields available. Labels can be replaced in JC Settings.

Product Code

You can select a Product code for the job. This can be used for manufacturing a specific product.

Quantity

A numeric field, you can enter the number of items that make up the job.

An alphanumeric field, you can enter the reference for related drawings, plans or other documents.
