Navigator > Setup > Job Costing > Job Sheet / Quote Email Designer

You can design your own job sheet / quote emails or open and modify an existing job sheet / quote email design. To design a job sheet or quote email quickly,start with an existing email design and modify it, ensuring you save it with a different file name. Select the default email design in Document Defaults.

Use Job Sheet or Quote Email Designs when you email Job Sheets or Quotes.

HTML Body tab

Enter the email text for HTML Emails. See HTML Email Editor.

Plain Text Body tab

Enter the email text for plain text emails.

	Preview `(Alt+P)`	Display a preview of what the email will look like. A current Job Sheet / Quote must be available.
	Load... `(Alt+L)`	Load an existing Job Sheet / Quote Email to use for designing different emails.
	Save... `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the current email as a HTML file. You can reload the file in the designer to refine or create a new email.
