There is no USB port on a workstation where I want to install Accredo.

Use another workstation on the network with a USB port, share the USB drive and access the Accredo installation media across the network. Alternatively you can download the install files from the Accredo website.

An uninstall procedure was not completed successfully.

Delete program files manually from the workstation or Server. Be careful not to delete data files in sub folders.

Installation was not completed, such as if a workstation crashed, or there was insufficient space, or a power failure occurred.

Note the error messages shown and follow instructions to remedy the error. Repeat the installation. If the installation is not successful, contact Accredo Support or your QSP.

Corrupt Installation Detected

This indicates an issue with the particular workstation. Try to install from another workstation across the network.

The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another.

If you are installing Accredo to a network location, you will need to install to a UNC path which you have rights to rather than a mapped drive i.e. \\share\directory. As the installer is elevated to have administrator privileges, it cannot see mapped drives.
