Network is slow |

The Install Options Menu does not automatically open when the Accredo Installation media is inserted. |
Open Windows Explorer. Go to the Accredo Installation media folder, then double-click Autorun or Autorun.exe. |
After manually selecting Autorun the Install Options Menu does not appear. |
Open Windows Explorer. Go to the Accredo Installation media folder, then select the Setups folder. Double-click the relevant Setup*.exe file. |
I can't see a file or a file extension in Windows Explorer. |
In Windows Explorer, go to the View tab. Set File name extensions to Selected. Set Hidden items to Selected. |
There is no USB port on a workstation where I want to install Accredo. |
Use another workstation on the network with a USB port, share the USB drive and access the Accredo installation media across the network. Alternatively you can download the install files from the Accredo website. |
An uninstall procedure was not completed successfully. |
Delete program files manually from the workstation or Server. Be careful not to delete data files in sub folders. |
Installation was not completed, such as if a workstation crashed, or there was insufficient space, or a power failure occurred. |
Note the error messages shown and follow instructions to remedy the error. Repeat the installation. If the installation is not successful, contact Accredo Support or your QSP. |
Corrupt Installation Detected |
This indicates an issue with the particular workstation. Try to install from another workstation across the network. |
The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another. |
If you are installing Accredo to a network location, you will need to install to a UNC path which you have rights to rather than a mapped drive i.e. \\share\directory. As the installer is elevated to have administrator privileges, it cannot see mapped drives. |
