IN Invoice Email Designer

Navigator > Setup > Invoicing System > Invoice Email Designer

You can design your own invoice emails or open and modify an existing invoice email design. To design an invoice email quickly, start with an existing email design and modify it, ensuring you save it with a different file name. Select the default email design in Document Defaults.

Use Invoice Email Designs when you IN Email Invoices.

HTML Body tab

Enter the email text for HTML Emails. See HTML Email Editor.

Plain Text Body tab

Enter the email text for plain text emails.

	Preview `(Alt+P)`	Display a preview of what the email will look like. A current Invoice must be available.
	Load... `(Alt+L)`	Load an existing Invoice Email to use for designing different emails.
	Save... `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the current email as a HTML file. You can reload the file in the designer to refine or create a new email.
