Code

A unique code of up to 8 characters that can include both letters and digits.

Name

The UOM group name associated with the code.

Inactive

Select this or press the Space Bar while in the field. Lines for inactive UOM Groups are shown in grey. Inactive UOM Groups cannot be selected, and will not appear in the UOM screen.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Insert (F4)

Insert additional UOM Groups.

Delete

Delete UOM Groups, available if no other records refer to the UOM Group.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of the information in the grid.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
