Base UOM

Base UOM

Enter or select the Base UOM for the product. The Base UOM must be set as a Base in IC Units of Measure and must have a multiplier of 1.

Click Open Units of Measure (Shift+F12) to open IC Units of Measure.

Multiplier

The multiplier for the Base UOM. This will always be 1.

UOM Decimals

The number of decimals set for the Base UOM in IC Units of Measure.

Comment

Add information per UOM per Product.

Base UOM Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Ctrl+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Other UOM

Other UOM

Enter or select other UOM codes for the Product from the same UOM Group as the Base UOM. Other UOMs can be applied to the product.

Click Open Units of Measure (Shift+F12) to open IC Units of Measure.

Note: If UOM Groups are used Other UOMs are limited to the UOM Group of the Base UOM.

Multiplier

The multiplier for the Other UOM set in IC Units of Measure. If the UOM does not have a Fixed Multiplier, this can be edited.

UOM Decimals

The number of decimals set for the UOM in IC Units of Measure.

Other UOM Grid Toolbar

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Insert (F4)

Insert an Other UOM.

Delete (F3)

Delete the selected Other UOM from the list.

Note: If the Other UOM is being used for the Product in a pending transaction or as a component, Delete will be unavailable.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Opens IC Product Other UOM Report, see Report Selections Form.

Customise Fields (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Default Other UOM (Ctrl+D)

Adds all the Other UOMs in the Base UOM Group. Only available if the Other UOM list is empty.

Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.

Default UOMs

Default Sale UOM

Set the UOM code which will apply when the Product is entered in IN Invoice and OE Sales Order lines.

Default Purchase UOM

Set the UOM code which will apply when the Product is entered in PO Purchase Order and AP Shipment lines.

Default Manufacture UOM

Set the UOM code which will apply when the Product is entered for Manufacture in an IC Manufacture Batch or Transaction.
