The Graph tab provides a graph of activity relating to the Product. Options are applied as you select other accounts and products.
Accredo Saturn Only: Activity reflects the sum across all locations. Choose a Location from the lower left Location lookup to graph activity for a specific location. To select all locations, click 
.

Selection |

Year |
Graphs balances for each period of the current year. |

Full Year |
Graphs balances for the year preceding the Current Period. |
|
All Periods |
Graphs balances retained in the history. |
|
Range of Periods |
Activates the From and To period controls. Select a continuous range of periods to be graphed. |

Fields |

Last Year fields can be used to do a prior year comparison. |

Closing Stock Quantity |
The graph shows the number in stock of the selected item as at the end of each period. |

Closing Stock Value |
The graph shows the total value in stock of the selected item as at the end of each period. |

Cost of Sales |
The graph shows the cost of sales (issues and usages) for each period. |

Margin Percentage |
The graph shows the margin percentage for each period, calculated by, (SalesValue - CostOfSales) / SalesValue x 100 |

Movement Quantity |
Shows the change in the number in stock of the selected item between the beginning and end of each period. |
|
Movement Value |
The graph shows the change in the total value in stock of the selected item between the beginning and end of each period. |
|
Opening Stock |
The graph shows the number of the selected item in stock as at the beginning of each period. |
|
Opening Stock Value |
The graph shows the value of the selected item in stock as at the beginning of each period. |
|
Sales Quantity |
The graph shows the number of sales of the selected item during the period. |
|
Sales Value |
The graph shows the value of sales of the selected item during the period. |
|
Unit Cost |
The graph shows the Cost Price of the selected item during the period. |
|
Usage Quantity |
The graph shows the number of the selected item used in making up other items during the period. |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Show/Hide 3D Effect |
Toggle 3D effect on or off. The default is Off. |

Show/Hide Graph Key |
Toggle the graph key information on or off. The default is Off. |
|
Display/Hide Graph Legend |
Toggle between showing and hiding the legend below the graph. The default is On. Note: A second series must be selected in Field 2 for the legend to show. |

Show/Hide Average Value |
Toggle the average value line on or off. The default is Off. |
|
Print |
Print the graph, or save it as a PDF file to send as an email attachment. |
|
Refresh |
Balances are reloaded to reflect changes other Users may have made. |
