IC Product - Activity tab

Navigator > Maintain > Inventory Control > Products > Activity tab

You can view details of stock activity, values shown are for information only, and cannot be edited. Current Period to date and current year to date quantity are shown. Figures are shown in the base currency.

Accredo Saturn Only: Activity reflects the sum across all locations. Choose a location from the lower left Location Lookup. Select all Locations, click All Locations.

Activity
Opening Stock			The stock quantity on hand at the start of the Current Period and current year.
- Sales			Quantities sold (on invoices or issues in IC).
+ Receipts			Quantities receipted into stock.
- Usage			Quantities of components used in manufacturing, components in sales of Kitsets and quantities of products used on Jobs in JC.
+ Manufactured			Quantities produced by manufacturing from components.
+ Adjustments			Adjustments to stock levels for both month and year to date including updates from stocktake.
+ Transfers			Quantities transferred between locations. (Accredo Saturn Only)
= Closing Stock			The stock quantity on hand.
Values
Cost Value		The change in stock value for the items due to all transactions, for month and year to date.
Sales Value		The total value sold, both month and year to date.
Cost Of Sales		The cost of sales (issues and usages), based on the costing basis chosen at the time of the sales (standard, latest or average), for month and year to date.
Revaluation		The revaluation amounts for the product.
Gross Margin		The gross margin (%) earned on sales for month and year to date, that is, (Value Sold - Cost of Sales) / Value Sold x 100.
Latest Activity
Sold		Date of the last recorded sale.
Used		Date of the last recorded usage of the product.
Receipted		Date of the last recorded Stock Receipt.
Manufactured		Date the product was last manufactured.
Stocktake		Date the product was last counted.
Sales and Valuation History Grid
Shows sales quantities, costs, values, and movement, for the current financial year to date, the most recent 13 months, or all periods in Accredo. The first period for each year is highlighted yellow. The Last History period is shown for Inactive records.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`		Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Zoom `(Ctrl+F12)`		Opens the form view for Product Balances Line for the selected period.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`		Print the Balances report, or save as an Excel worksheet, or PDF file to send.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`		Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`		Balances are reloaded to reflect changes other Users may have made.
	Calculate Totals / Clear Totals `(Alt+=)`		Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation.
	Open budget `(Alt+U)`		Opens IC Product Budget for the selected Product.
	Revalue Product `(Alt+R)`		Revalue the selected Product.
	Customise Toolbar		Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.
Grid Fields
Period				The period the row reflects.
Sales				Quantity sold (on invoices or issues in IC) in the period.
Value				Sales value for the period.
Cost				Cost of sales for the period.
Margin				Margin Percentage for the period.
Opening				Opening Stock Quantity for the period.
Opening Value				Opening Stock Value for the period.
Inwards Quantity				Quantity moved Inwards for the period.
Inwards Value				Value of movements Inwards for the period.
Outwards Quantity				Quantity moved Outwards for the period.
Outwards Value				Value of movements Outwards for the period.
Closing Quantity				Closing Stock Quantity for the period.
Closing Value				Closing Stock Value for the period.
Revaluation Value				Revaluation value for the period.
