IC Price List Copy

Selling Prices can be copied from one Price list to another to apply an update by a percentage or an amount, and rounded to the required nearest amount. Markup percentages that derive the Sell Price based on a selected Markup basis can also be calculated.

When you copy to a Price List that currently contains pricing, a confirmation message will appear. You can copy between Price Lists in the same currency or between base currency and another currency. You will be prompted for an exchange rate.

Selection Fields

Product - From / To

Select the products to be updated.

Stock Group

Select a stock group to be updated.

Creditor

Select the creditor to be updated.

Price List - From / To

Select the price lists to update.

Update Method

Select to update by a Percentage or fixed Amount.

Update By

Specify the percentage or amount to update by.

Rounding Direction

Specify the rounding direction used when calculating the price for a product where markups or global price update is used.

Rounding Unit

Specify the unit when calculating the price for a product where markups or Global Price Update is used, for example, to round to the nearest dollar, enter 1.00.

Markup Basis

Select the markup basis for markup percentages to calculate prices.

None	Markup percentages are not used in calculating IC Selling Prices but can be used for markups in JC when Sell Price Basis in JC Settings is Markup.
Standard	Markup percentages are applied to the standard cost to calculate the Selling Price.
Latest	Markup percentages are applied to the latest cost to calculate the Selling Price.
Average	Markup percentages are applied to the average cost to calculate the Selling Price.
Price Code	Markup percentages are applied to the Selling Price for the Price code specified in Default Markup Price Code in IC Settings - Prices tab.

Markup Price List

If Price Code is selected above, select the Markup Price List.

Include inactive

Include inactive records in the update.

Run (F9)

Update the price lists. The IC Price List Copy report window is displayed. See Report Selections Form
