IC Enter Quantities

Navigator > Tasks > Inventory Control > Stocktake Processing > Enter Quantities > Run (F9) button

Available when the default Count Type in IC Settings - Stocktake tab is Basic or Single.

IC Enter Stocktake Quantities grid is live - information is saved as you move off each field.

The form will open with the products selected for the stocktake loaded with the current Expected figures. This is a snapshot at the time the form is opened. When a stocktake quantity is keyed for a product in the form, Accredo checks the quantity In Stock, and if it has changed, discards the figure entered and refreshes the Expected, Counted and Variance figures, and the message Stock count has changed will appear. If the form is left open for a long time, such as if it is opened in the morning and worked in all day, the figures for products may change during the life of the form.

You cannot change quantities of products entered in other stocktakes for the same period.


IC Enter Quantities grid
Code, Description, Unit		Product details from the product record.
Quantity Expected		The number of items recorded as in-stock.
Quantity Counted		Enter the counted quantity.
Variance		The difference between the Expected and Counted figures above. This is updated when you enter an quantity in the Counted field and move off the field.
Counted		Becomes Selected when a figure is entered in the number Counted column, or when the Mark Counted or Mark All Counted buttons are clicked. Note: Where Quantity Expected = Quanity Counted only lines marked Counted are added to the Stocktake and updated when the Stocktake is posted.
Grid Toolbar
	Expand Toolbar `(Ctrl+F9)`	Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press `Esc` to close the expanded toolbar.
	Print `(Ctrl+P)`	Print the IC Stocktake Report.
	Filter & Sort `(Ctrl+F2)` Clear `(Ctrl+F3)`	Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.
	Customise `(Alt+F5)`	Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads changes other Users may have made.
	Find `(Ctrl+F)`	Find a product using the Product Code.
	Mark Counted (`F4`)	Mark the selected product as Counted.
	Mark Uncounted (`F3`)	Mark the selected product as Uncounted.
	Mark All Counted (`Shift+F4`)	Mark all products as Counted.
