IC Basic Count

Navigator > Tasks > Inventory Control > Stocktake Processing > Enter Basic Count

Available when the Count Type in IC Settings - Stocktake tab is Basic.

Available when the Count Type for one or more Locations in IC Stock Locations is Basic. ( Accredo Saturn.)

You can select a range of products and Stock Groups and/or a Creditor code to be shown for stocktaking in IC Basic Count - Enter Quantities.

Location

Select the location for the stocktake. (Accredo Saturn Only)

 

Product From / To

Select a range of products for the stocktake, or leave blank to include all products.

Stock Group From / To

Select a range of stock groups for the stocktake, or leave blank to include all stock groups.

Creditor

Select a creditor for the stocktake, or leave blank to include all creditors.

Period

Select the period for the stocktake and to show quantities for.

Run (F9)

The selected records appear in IC Basic Count - Enter Quantities.
