HTML Editor

Set the Content Type to HTML to edit the content as HTML.

The Content Type can be selected in the Narrative Editor, in Enter Memos, and on the Information and Description tabs of the Masterfiles.

The HTML tab shows the formatted content. The Text tab shows the HTML source.

Images in pasted content are removed. Use Add Image to insert an image.

Select Add tag to insert an HTML tag, such as a paragraph, a line break, a page break or a block quote.


Toolbar
	New Document	Start a new document.
	Open Template `(Ctrl+O)`	Open a saved template.
	Save Template `(Ctrl+S)`	Save the content as a template.
	View/Edit Source	Show the HTML source so it can be edited directly.
	Cut `(Ctrl+X)`	Cut the selected content to the clipboard.
	Copy `(Ctrl+C)`	Copy the selected content to the clipboard.
	Paste `(Ctrl+V)`	Paste the clipboard content.
	Paste as Text	Paste the clipboard content as plain text, without formatting.
	Undo `(Ctrl+Z)`	Undo the last change.
	Redo `(Ctrl+Y)`	Redo the last change that was undone.
	Bold `(Ctrl+B)`	Make the selected text bold.
	Italic `(Ctrl+I)`	Make the selected text italic.
	Underline `(Ctrl+U)`	Underline the selected text.
	Format Painter	Copy the formatting of the selected text and apply it to other text.
	Subscript	Make the selected text subscript.
	Superscript	Make the selected text superscript.
	Left alignment `(Ctrl+L)`	Align the selected lines to the left.
	Center alignment `(Ctrl+E)`	Centre the selected lines.
	Right alignment `(Ctrl+R)`	Align the selected lines to the right.
	Unordered list	Format the selected lines as a bulleted list.
	Ordered list	Format the selected lines as a numbered list.
	Decrease Indent	Remove one level of indent from the selected lines.
	Increase Indent `(Ctrl+M)`	Add one level of indent to the selected lines.
	Add Hyperlink `(Ctrl+K)`	Insert a hyperlink.
	Add Char	Insert a special character.
	Add Image	Insert an image.
	Spellcheck `(F7)`	Check the spelling of the content.
	Text Style	Set the style of the selected paragraph.
	Add tag	Insert an HTML tag.
	Remove styles	Remove the styles from the selected content.
	Clear formatting	Remove the formatting from the selected content.
	Clear All Tags	Remove all HTML tags from the content.

	Font	Set the font of the selected text.
	Font size	Set the size of the selected text.
	Text colour	Set the colour of the selected text.
	Background colour	Set the background colour of the selected text.
	Border	Set the border of the selected content.
Table
	Insert table	Insert a table.
	Insert row	Insert a row into the table.
	Insert column	Insert a column into the table.
	Delete row	Delete the row from the table.
	Delete column	Delete the column from the table.
	Table border	Set the border of the table.
Shortcut keys
	Find `(Ctrl+F)`	Find text in the content.
	Find Next `(F3)`	Repeat the last search without showing the Find dialog again.
	Replace `(Ctrl+H)`	Find text and replace it. Replace is available only when the content can be edited.
