Regime

The Tax Regime of the returns.

Date Ending - From

Enter the earliest Return End Date to show returns for.

Date Ending - To

Enter the latest Return End Date to show returns for.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Open (F12)

Opens the return in the tax Return Form.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print the GST Return List, save as an Excel worksheet, or PDF file and send as an email attachment.

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Calculate Totals / Clear Totals
(Alt+=)

Toggle on/off total calculation for the list fields where Total is selected in grid customisation.

Create List View (Alt+L)

Save the current list state as a List View.

Find (Ctrl+F)

Opens Find GST Return. Enter a Return ID to find that return.

Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar or right-click in the toolbar below the buttons to access the Customise Toolbar Menu.

Totals

Record Count

The total number of records shown in the Tables list. Click to refresh the total number.
